Dogs must have up to date vaccinations
Dogs must be save to be around and non-aggressive to people and to other animals
Dogs must have an identification tag or microchip
Dogs will remain on the leash at all times
Payment is due in full at the time of service. I accept cash or checks
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or standard fees will be charged. You must confirm by phone or e-mail. If we arrive for a scheduled walk or visit and you determine you do not want a visit, or your pet is not there, you will be charged for that walk or visit.
During the holidays (as listed below) a 3 day cancellation notice is required from the 1st day of booking. Entire amount of the scheduled visit is non-refundable if a 3 day notice is not given.
Holidays are $5 more per day. Overnight stays are an additional $15/night. Daily dog walking service is NOT available on the holidays listed below.
Please notify me about any person(s) that have access into your home while you are away, including maid service, contractors, relatives, etc.
Please notify me of your arrival home. If I do not receive a phone call or e-mail message within 12 hours of your expected arrival, I will attempt to contact you. If I cannot reach you I will make a visit to check on your pet. Additional charges will apply.
If the temperature is below 20 degrees or above 95 degrees, your dog's walk will be limited to 15 minutes, followed by indoor play-time for the remainder of the visit.
It is your responsibility to pet proof all areas of your home where your pet has access. This would include investigating fences, gates, latches, bedroom doors, etc. The Fort Collins Pet Sitting Company will not be liable for any injuries.
